Just when you thought that YFM couldn't get any better... IT JUST DID!!  April 2nd is finally here and YFM YTKO EDITION has landed fresh on GP's hottest frequency; 99.2 baby. The entire country is buzzing about tweets that incude the hashtag #YTKO. Basically #YTKO is a lively party atmosphere, turning any dull weekday at the office, into a weekend Pyjama Party in your car, living room, campus and ALL OVER GP!!!!!!! Forget #YOLO... YTKO is taking over the airwaves and it starts NOW.

This is a true coming of age story as YFM has come full circle, and with the introduction of YTKO the texture of live mixes on radio will be transformed and perfected. YFM ignites your passion and sets your soul on fire. Whatever space listeners are in we aim to MAKE THEM MOVE! The presenters of each weekday show will be Just Mo, Miss Cosmo, Jose Chavѐ, Zan-D and DJ Shimza. You got that neh?

Anyway, here is the new line up that you will need to cram for the next year. Just a little note... YFM welcomes YOTV's Musa aka Moouse to the family and bids farewell to Eda Rose, who is going to Trans Africa. Hmmm.... but which is bigger? Trans Africa bigger than YFM? Hmmmm... FOR THE LOVE OF THE GAME

Soccer; it's more than just a game, it's a way of life for millions of South Africans. For former South African favourite Teko Modise; it is life itself. The fallen star was given a second chance by popular football club Mamelodi Sundowns under the coaching of  Johan Neeskens. Neeskens, who took a risk on Teko when many doubted him after two years of rough games, belived in him so much that he made him captain of the squad. Since January 2012, Teko has redeemed himself on and off of the field. He says: "“Sundowns took a risk buying me and the only way to repay them is not by going to the office and shaking their hands, but to do well in the pitch and that was one thing I always wanted to do,”

In the March issue of Kickoff Magazine (Issue 420) we get to see how much progress he has really made as he talks life at sundowns, coach Neeskens and why he thinks sundowns took a risk by signing him on board. The issue is out in stores now, go get yor own copy of fresh soccer news.

Usher Raymond is back with a bang in 2012, and this time he is serenading Hollywood producers and is about to make moviegoers swoon. The RnB superstar known for his smooth moves and sexy lyrics is now packing a punch; in a blockbuster movie set to take Hollywood by storm. The singer who has acting credits such as "In The Mix" to his name recently announced to the BBC News that he would be starring in a movie about the legendary boxer Sugar Ray Leonard in a film titled "Hands of Stone". Usher was quoted as saying: "I'm in preparation for a very incredible role!" Usher fans, who would've seen his recent performance on South African stages will be excited to know that the music legend will not be nelecting his primary focus but simultaneously working on his albuM as well. Can anyone say Climax????

J. Cole comes to South Africa in May

With auditions on track, season 7 of M-Net’s reality super-series Big Brother Africa is already generating excitement with fans looking forward to the May 6 return to DStv of Africa’s biggest TV show.

With contestants doubling up to enter the series in pairs this year and with a USD 300 000 prize for just one winner, the stage is set for 91 days in which human emotion, attitude and action is put to the test!

Now M-Net and series producers Endemol have revealed the name of the latest edition of Big Brother, announcing that the new series will be called Big Brother Stargame!

And, fittingly, the ‘Star’-themed name was announced at the same time as M-Net confirmed that Grammy nominated American rapper and hitmaker J.Cole is set to perform at the glam series launch.
